Ryan McDonald is a real estate professional with a passion that was ignited during his time at the University of Central Florida. Holding two bachelor degrees in finance and accounting, he possesses a strong educational foundation that compliments his extensive industry experience.

Ryan holds an advanced designation Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) that requires in-depth training in legal issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process.

He is originally from the Chicago area and has lived in Florida since he was a teenager. Although still says he still misses Chicago pizza. He is a father to twin boys, Beau & Brody, and dog dad to a puggle named Toby who keep him busy when he isn't with clients. Ryan named his company after the three important B's in his life and formed B Local Real Estate.
