Ryan is a seasoned professional in the field of real estate, with a passion that was ignited during his time at the University of Central Florida. Holding two bachelor's degrees in finance and accounting, he possesses a strong educational foundation that complements his extensive industry experience.
With an impressive career spanning over two decades, Ryan has established his expertise and deep understanding of the market have enabled him to excel in various facets of the industry, including residential real estate, property management, and investment strategies.
Ryan holds an advanced designation Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI). REALTORS® with the GRI designation have in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process.
He is originally from the Chicago area and has lived in Florida since he was a teenager. Although still says he still misses Chicago pizza. He is a father to twin boys, Beau & Brody. Ryan named his company after the three important B's in his life and formed B Local Real Estate.
Brittany McDonald:
Brittany is a Sarasota native and was raised in Nokomis , Florida. She is a highly accomplished professional with two decades of experience in sales and marketing. Her passion for marketing and advertising flourished during her time at the University of Central Florida, where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in Advertising/Public Relations.
Driven by her desire to deepen her knowledge and expertise, Brittany pursued further education and obtained a master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University while working full time. This advanced degree equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the intricate dynamics between sales, marketing, and public relations to create comprehensive marketing campaigns.
Throughout her career, Brittany has consistently demonstrated her exceptional sales and marketing acumen. She won multiple awards while working in Healthcare for 15+ years including Presidents Club, Million Dollar Club, and the Shinning Star Award.
In addition to her professional achievements, Brittany takes great pride in being a mother. She is the proud mom of twin boys, Beau and Brody, and finds joy and fulfillment in balancing her career with the joys and challenges of motherhood.
